Jintana Ortiz was born in Florida to first generation immigrant parents who came to the United States from Thailand in the 1990s. Jintana grew up helping manage her family’s restaurants. By the time she graduated high school in Gwinnett County, she was well versed in all facets of the restaurant business. But her passion was always in more directly helping others which is what led her to a career in the law. 

Jintana attended, and graduated from, Georgia State University (Class of 2013). During her time at GSU, true to her passions, Jintana was involved in various outreach and community service programs, further developing her interest in the law as a career. 

After graduation, Jintana began working as a paralegal. She joined The Baig Firm in July of 2021. Jintana brings her linguistic talents to the Firm as she is fluent in Thai, Lao, Spanish, and Hmong. With her language skills, she has been able to help clients by providing communication support as she worked on their litigation and personal injury matters.
