Mahbubul Islam has been a Law Clerk with The Baig Firm since September of 2020. He conducts legal research, writes legal memoranda, and prepares legal drafts.
Mahbubul earned his Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Georgia in 2020 where he was a Dean Rusk International Law Center Scholar. Prior to attending the University of Georgia, Mahbubul, a native of Bangladesh, graduated with honors from the University of Dhaka in 2016.
After graduation, Mahbubul began work as a licensed attorney in Dhaka. During his time as an attorney, he handled various cases involving corporate law, contract law, and personal injury matters.
In addition to his legal career, Mahbubul also taught courses on constitutional law, corporate law, and tort law at Eastern University, in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
